岗位概况
希望招聘具备直播产品经验的 Tech Lead ，希望找到一位具备从 0-1 直播类产品（如抖音，淘宝，小红书）开发经验的人才，精通 Jetpack ，Compose ，技术精湛，喜欢钻研，可以带领团队一起完成开发。
薪资情况
薪资可谈，年包 60 万-100 万。
工作模式
远程办公，地理位置不限，上班时间灵活。

在这个岗位，您需要做
- Lead and participated in the development of our Android live-streaming e-commerce application.
- Utilize Jetpack and Compose to build scalable and efficient Android applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and ){" of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Guide and mentor team members to improve their skills and performance.
需要您有
- Education background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as a leader in a major tech company, with significant hands-on experience in Android development.
- Extensive experience in developing live-streaming applications on Android.
- Proficiency in Jetpack and Compose.
- Strong understanding of Android development frameworks and best practices.
- Excellent coding skills in Java and Kotlin.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- 騞kjם ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
