• Lead the company’s technical direction and system architecture to build scalable, stable, and secure systems;
• Manage and inspire the technical team, including frontend, backend, DevOps, and blockchain engineers;
• Serve as a technical kzǧb in rei+jب with project and ecosystem partners, ensuring delivery quality and efficiency;
• Keep up with the latest blockchain technology trends and promote exploration and adoption of cutting-edge technologies;
• Work closely with the Founder to shape overall strategy and product roadmap.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical z!鮈r lead role within the 新兴技术 space;
• Strong blockchain/新兴技术 background, with expertise in smart contracts, off-chain wjkn, and Layer 1 / Layer 2 technologies preferred;
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Rust, Solidity, Go, TypeScript;
• Excellent team management and cross-functional communication skills; ability to motivate teams in a fast-paced environment;
• Fluent in English, and able to work effectively in an international environment.
Bonus Points
• Proven track record of leading 新兴技术 products from 0 to 1;
• {kzޝ뫉 experience or having served as a core technical leader in a startup
